Recall or Impeach – Tyranny

Wouldn't it be most appropriate if any legislature and Congress upheld their Constitutional responsibility and mandate by impeaching each and every activist judge, and recalled or removed politicians violating their oath of office to protect and defend the original intention of the Constitution?

Recall or Impeach – Tyranny

The California Supreme Court just overruled the majority vote of the citizens of California. Wouldn't it be most appropriate if any legislature and Congress upheld their Constitutional responsibility and mandate by impeaching each and every activist judge? As far as Congress is concerned, we have repeatedly pointed out that such after-the-fact actions are unnecessary. Under Article III, Section 2, Paragraph 2 of the United States Constitution, any act of Congress can be excluded from judicial review. Shouldn't the upcoming national election have every citizen focus on having their representatives in the Senate and House adhere to the original intention of the Constitution, regardless of political party, avoiding the lies and deceptions of political campaigns? When has any member of Congress been recalled or impeached for anything other than a criminal conviction?

"The Constitution is a written instrument and as such its meaning does not alter that which it meant when it was adopted." –   South Carolina vs. U.S., 199 U.S. 437 (1905)

What the Framers intended in 1787, unless amended, is the "supreme law of the land" now!!!!!!
